In the refurbishment project at Clayton Hotel in Belfast, we successfully completed an extensive renovation of the 170 bedroom lobbies to facilitate the installation of a new ventilation system.

Despite the challenge of keeping the hotel operational during the process, we meticulously demolished the old ceiling and ensured access to all necessary mechanical and electrical services. To optimize airflow, each unit was fitted with a customized metal ceiling design that allowed air to vent efficiently.

Our careful planning and execution ensured minimal disruption to the hotel’s operations throughout the renovation process.
