SMG is currently engaged in the prestigious endeavour of fitting out an exquisite 5-star hotel, complete with luxurious serviced apartments and three levels of basement, as well as a ground level and six above-ground levels. The hotel encompasses an array of captivating amenities, including an ancillary restaurant, bar, and wellness centre.

As part of our comprehensive scope of work, SMG is responsible for the construction of internal partitions, linings, fitting secondary steels for bathroom vanities and constructing bespoke ceilings.
