Our team successfully completed the SFS, partitions, and ceilings package for a student accommodation facility at Great Patrick Street in Belfast. The project ensured a high standard of work, creating a comfortable living environment for students.

The facility comprises 474 bedrooms spread across 11 floors, along with common areas, study rooms, a laundry room, and a gym. These amenities were designed to enhance the overall student experience and foster a sense of community.
