The London City West Pier project encompassed a partitions and ceilings package that included specialist installations. A key feature of the project was the implementation of a bespoke Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) central feature. GRG is a lightweight and durable material commonly used in architectural applications for decorative purposes.

Additionally, the project involved the installation of customized SAS ceilings featuring troughs and baffles. SAS ceilings are renowned for their adaptability and are often utilized in commercial spaces.

Troughs were incorporated to conceal electrical wiring and lighting fixtures, ensuring a seamless appearance. Baffles, on the other hand, were employed for acoustics, aesthetics, and visual interest.

Notably, the project required work to be conducted outside of regular hours within a strict timeframe, minimizing disruption to regular operations and ensuring timely completion.
